A 5,000 m² facility and approximately 50 employees support coating, cutting, hydraulic pressing, CNC die cutting, vertical cutting, slitting, and basic physical-performance inspection.

The current Henan company was established in 2018, continuing a predecessor operation founded in 1995. The team includes three senior engineers, five assistant engineers, five technicians, and twenty skilled production workers.

HAI HONG does not sell off-the-shelf sizes. Production starts once your drawing or sample confirms the profile.

You send a technical drawing, CAD file, or physical sample with the dimensions and tolerances required.

Material & process confirmed
We confirm foam or adhesive material, thickness, and the coating, cutting, or pressing process needed to meet it.

Converted on our lines
Coating, hydraulic pressing, CNC die cutting, vertical cutting, and slitting equipment convert the material to your profile.

Basic performance inspection
Finished parts pass a basic physical-performance check against the confirmed specification before packing.

Packed & dispatched
Approved parts are packed to protect the finished profile and dispatched against your order.
